Welcome to Dental Quiz Online. By enrolling in any of our preparatory courses, mock exam series, or purchasing educational materials, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before making your final payment.

1. Comprehensive Refund, Cancellation & Access Policy

• 1.1 Strict Non-Refundable Nature: Due to the immediate digital delivery and access granted to highly valuable intellectual property—including proprietary study plans, clinical roadmaps, and exam-focused question banks—all sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or partial modifications are not issued under any circumstances once access is provisioned.

• 1.2 Prior Possession & Fraudulent Refund Prevention Clause: We do not offer discounts, price adjustments, or refunds if a candidate claims they already possess portions of our study materials from external or third-party sources. Furthermore, the moment secure access is granted to your registered Gmail address, the digital service is legally deemed "fully consumed." Requests for refunds after access has been provisioned—regardless of whether the candidate claims they did not download, view, or use the materials—will be strictly denied to prevent the exploitation of our intellectual property.

• 1.3 Exam Non-Attendance, Unpreparedness & Personal Withdrawal Clause: Candidate registration, exam scheduling decisions, and individual study preparation are the sole responsibility of the candidate. We strictly do not provide full or partial refunds, course transfers, or credit extensions if a candidate decides not to sit for their scheduled examination, feels unprepared, or voluntarily withdraws from their study timeline for any personal, medical, or academic reason. Because full access to our proprietary study systems, clinical roadmaps, and digital question banks is granted immediately upon enrolment, digital delivery is complete at the time access is provisioned. Failure to use the materials, lack of study time, or a personal decision to defer or pull out of an exam diet does not constitute grounds for a refund or financial adjustment under any circumstances.

• 1.4 Technical Requirements & Ecosystem Compatibility Clause: Access is granted exclusively via the Google Ecosystem. It is the candidate’s sole responsibility to ensure they have an active Gmail account and have Google Drive, Google Forms, and Google Docs installed on their devices before purchase. Inability to meet these technical requirements or failure to access the Google ecosystem does not qualify for a refund.

• 1.5 Digital Content Integrity: All core materials are hosted on a secure, encrypted platform. Unauthorized requests for offline downloads, local saving, or modifications to editing permissions will be denied and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

2. Terms of Use and Defined Scope of Service

• 2.1 Strict Adherence to Course Instructions: Candidates are strictly advised to follow all guidelines, deadlines, and instructions provided at the time of purchase or course enrollment. Any adverse consequences, missed deadlines, or failure of evaluation resulting from a failure to properly follow provided instructions shall be borne entirely by the candidate.

• 2.2 Exclusion of Live or Video-Based Classes: Dental Quiz Online provides a high-yield, self-paced digital roadmap with personalized evaluation. We do not provide online sessions, live interactive classes, or video-based lecture courses during the preparation period under any circumstances, at any request, or at any additional cost. Candidates are evaluated strictly based on the written and clinical structures outlined at purchase.

• 2.3 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration Disclosure: To maintain our premium standard of educational delivery, Dental Quiz Online utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools. AI is integrated to enhance course infrastructure, manage graphic design elements, assist in reviewing material content accuracy, and streamline the candidate answer evaluation and feedback process. All final mock evaluations and clinical scoring are verified under oversight to ensure exam-grade accuracy.

• 2.4 Access Timeline & Renewals: Standard enrollment includes three (3) months of full access. Candidates may request a one-time extension of up to one (1) year from the purchase date at no additional cost. Continued access beyond one (1) year requires a formal renewal fee (currently $29 USD).

• 2.5 Intellectual Property Protection: All digital assets, guides, and questions are the exclusive property of Dental Quiz Online. Materials are for the personal, non-commercial use of the single registered candidate only. Sharing accounts, reselling content, copying text, or unauthorized screen recording/screenshotting of materials is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of access without warning or refund, and legal action may be pursued.

• 2.6 Clinical Disclaimer: These materials are curated exclusively for postgraduate examination preparation. They are not clinical treatment protocols and must not be used to diagnose or treat actual patients in a clinical practice. While we maintain rigorous academic standards, any suspected typographical errors should be reported to the tutor for verification.

• 2.7 Defined Scope of Service: Mentorship, clinical guidelines, and mock evaluations are provided strictly according to the specific course timeline or the exact services listed at the time of purchase. Requests for supplementary materials, evaluations, or mentorship tasks outside the specific course curriculum will not be fulfilled.

• 2.8 Course Evolution: We reserve the right to modify, update, or restructure content at any time to ensure strict alignment with the most recent Royal College exam trends and syllabus changes.

3. Mock Examination Submission, Attempt Limit & Feedback Policy

• 3.1 Attempt Limits & Single-Evaluation Rule: For any mock examination delivered as part of the Dip. PCD or MFD Part 2 preparation courses, candidates may submit one (1) attempt per mock exam per course purchase. Detailed candidate evaluations and personalised performance feedback for MFD Part 2 MOCK Exams are provided strictly for that single submission. Re-attempts, resubmissions, or requests for additional feedback on subsequent attempts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• 3.2 Technical Interruptions & Alternative Access: In the event of a verified technical glitch, server error, or third-party add-on failure occurring during a Google Form mock exam attempt, candidates must immediately inform the administration team via email or WhatsApp. Upon verification, the candidate will receive an alternative link to complete and submit the mock examination.

• 3.3 MFD Part 2 Mock Exam Submission Deadlines: Candidate evaluation and feedback processing require five to six (5–6) business days per submission. To receive complete evaluation and feedback for all enrolled mock exams before your official examination date, all candidate submissions must be completed and submitted at least one (1) week before your official exam date. Late submissions will not receive evaluations or feedback under any circumstances.

4. Privacy & Data Security Policy

• 4.1 Data Collection: We collect essential identifying data—including your legal name, contact number, and Gmail address—solely to manage your enrollment, verify your identity, and provide personalized mentorship.

• 4.2 Google Infrastructure Security: Your provided Gmail address is used specifically to grant secure, permission-based access to our encrypted Google Workspace infrastructure.

• 4.3 Financial Security: All digital transactions and international enrollment fees are processed securely via the Onepay payment gateway. Dental Quiz Online does not view, process, or store your credit/debit card information.

• 4.4 Third-Party Clause: Your personal and professional data is used strictly for internal course administration and performance evaluation. Your data will never be shared, traded, or sold to third-party entities.
